About This Course
AP Calculus BC is one of the most demanding AP courses a student can take - and one of the most rewarding. This online course covers the full College Board curriculum, including limits, derivatives, integrals, differential equations, parametric and polar functions, and infinite series, taught in a structured, supportive environment by an experienced instructor.
Whether you're a homeschool student looking for a rigorous math credit, a high school student whose school doesn't offer AP Calculus BC, or a motivated learner who wants college-level math with real instructor guidance, this course is designed to help you genuinely master the material - not just pass the exam.
The course is approved by the College Board through its AP Course Audit process, so students and families can enroll with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between AP Calculus AB and BC?
AP Calculus BC includes all of the topics in AP Calculus AB and adds additional material, including advanced integration techniques, parametric equations, polar coordinates, vector-valued functions, and infinite sequences and series.
Is this course approved by the College Board?
Yes. This course is approved through the College Board's AP Course Audit process, which verifies that the curriculum meets College Board standards for AP Calculus BC.
What materials does my student need?
Enrollment does not include the required Cengage WebAssign subscription and digital textbook, which is approximately $50 and purchased separately. No physical textbook is required. Students also require access to a graphing calculator. I recommend a TI 83 or TI 84. There is also a requirement for a physical scanner or scanner software such as Scanner Pro on an iPhone.
Will my student receive a grade report for their transcript?
Yes. Upon completion of the course, a comprehensive grade report is provided. This can be used for homeschool documentation, school transcript submission, or college application purposes.
Can traditional high school students enroll?
Yes, with school approval. Homeschool students and students taking the course independently can enroll directly. Traditional high school students should confirm with their school before registering.
What if my student needs extra help during the course?
Students have access to instructor support throughout the year. The structured format of the course is designed to identify and address gaps as they come up, not just before the exam.
